How long does it take to get my order?
It typically takes 1-2 days business days to process the order. Once shipped, it takes up to 3-5 additional days to reach our customers. However, these times are not guaranteed. Overall it takes about 4-7 days business days for you to receive your purchase.
Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?
For now, we do not offer such shipping options to keep things simple on our side. Most orders ship with USPS First-Class Mail to make it cost effective for most customers
Do you ship to Canada or outside the US?
Our apologies, we do not at the moment, but we plan to do so in the future.
How do I return my purchase?
You have 45 days from date of purchase to request a return. Please see the refund page for more details.
What if I order the wrong thing?
You may return it for a refund within 45 days.
Can I exchange for something else?
Sorry, we do not support direct exchanges. You can return your original purchase for a refund and then make a separate new purchase.
I received my sign and noticed a manufacture defect. What should I do?
You have 45 days from the date of purchase to report any manufacture defects.

I received the goods as a gift, may I return it for store credit or a refund?
You may return it, provided that you have the receipt. However, we can only issue a refund to the original person who bought it. Sorry, we do not issue store credit.
