Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 45 days from date of purchase. If 45 days have gone by since the date of purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

 

Process for Refund:

      1. Email us at support@puppyinmotion.com and make a refund request.
      2.  If eligible for refund, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued to you. 
      3. Ship the goods back to us with the RMA number.
      4. When we receive it, we will inspect the goods, and then send you an email to notify if you are approved or not.
      5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

 

Amount refunded includes:

*Cost of product and taxes that you paid.
*Cost of shipping from us to you. (Only applicable for returning a full order). 

 

Amount refunded will not include:

*Cost of shipping to send it back to us.

*Cost of shipping from us to you.  (Only applicable for returning a partial order).

For all orders, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and it will not be reimbursed in the refund.

We are not responsible if the item is lost in the mail. Please use tracking offered by the mail carrier, if you want to know for sure where it goes.
